Hello, my name is Emma Janzen, and I am so excited to be joining the Prince of Peace community! I am a current seminarian in the Master of Arts in Diaconal Ministry program at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. I am originally from Arizona and attended California Lutheran University before moving to Dubuque.
I am passionate about the ways we are called to care for people, for the planet, and how to connect faith to everything we do! Some of my favorite things are to be out by the water, to do crafts of all kinds, and to walk or hike with my sweet dog Baylor. Baylor is a 7-year-old Terrier Mix who loves to play fetch more than anything in the world. I look forward to meeting, learning, growing, and worshiping with each of you!
