Sanjay Patel, from Milham Pharmacy, will be providing Flu and Covid-19 boosters on Sunday, October 13th and Sunday, October 20th. From 9:00AM to 10:15AM. Sanjay will stay until everyone that signed up for the day is vaccinated. You may sign up in the Gathering Space, or on-line by clicking here.
He will have Covid shot for ages 3 and up.
Please bring your Proof of Insurance and Vaccination records. Most insurances are covering the shots, please verify with your insurance company. The price of the regular Flu Shot without insurance is $30.00, and $80.00 for ages 65+. The price of the Covid shot without insurance is $165.00.
Please indicate which vaccines you want. Your choices are: Flu, and/or Covid-19.
